Guidelines for Pet Portraits Images
The image you upload is the most crucial aspect of your order, as it significantly impacts the quality of the final pet portrait. Let's go through the following tips and guidelines to ensure that your image is just perfect
- Take a photo or select an existing photo captured in daylight or a well-lit room.
- Use a smartphone or a high-quality camera.
- Ensure the entire face and neck are visible without shadows.
- Avoid heavily filtered photos to accurately capture your pet's coloring.
- Ensure your pet is looking directly at the camera at eye level, facing forward. Other positions are acceptable, but the final portrait will depict your pet in that chosen position.
- Please note: Collars, leashes, bows, hats, and other cute outfits will not be included in the final portrait.

Unsure if your images will be effective?
Please send your image to us at dogshiplife.myshopify.com, and we'll inform you. We frequently produce portraits of pets that have passed away, so we acknowledge that it may not always be feasible to adhere to all the guidelines mentioned above. However, in numerous instances, we can still accommodate your request.
